My name is Josh Flores and I’m the owner of Lloyd Land. Although I now live in New Orleans and have this property listed as a short term rental, I return to visit Pensacola often. I still have so many friends in the area, many of whom have started businesses and families. I cannot express the immense amount of love I have for this town. I moved from Niagara Falls, NY at the age of 18 during the summer of my high school graduation. Pensacola was an adventure to me and it continues to be to this day. Please check out the Pensacola Guide I’ve built on the homepage for some of my favorite spots. Since you’re a local reading this now, I want to continue to compile new town secrets, some that maybe slipped through the cracks or are new to the area.
THE OFFICIAL LOCALS SECTION: I want Lloyd Land to become a reliable place for Pensacola residents to use when they may need a place to stay; for themselves such as a “staycation” or for loved ones when they come to visit. The links on the homepage to book the property offer the standard pricing we maintain for the general public. However, we want to hook our peoples up. If you live in the Pensacola area and are booking with a VRBO or AirBNB profile that proves you are a local, we want to know before hand. Hit us up at the contact information on this site. We prefer the following process:
1. Check the calendar for Lloyd Land on either the AirBnB or VRBO links. The calendars are synced so you’ll just need to check one of them.
2. If the dates you’re interested in are available, send Kathy a text message at 727-902-0008
3. In the text please write , “I am a local for Lloyd Land. [ add date range ]. that’s it, that’s all the info you need to text.
4. Kathy will confirm the calendar and respond with an appropriate discount we can offer you for the date range specified.
5. We will await your request for pre-approval on either AirBnB or VRBO and once we verify you are a local via the booking profile we will adjust the pricing with the discount. Fun Right?!
Note: The cleaning fee is a fixed price as the house is professionally cleaned in between every stay.

Lloyd Land is available for monthly stays 😊 We work outside of the booking platforms for this arrangement. The pricing is a standard $5,000 for check ins on the first of the month for 30 nights. Two professional cleanings are required during the stay which cost an additional $200 each.
